Quality Assurance and Enhancement

As the “gatekeeper” of the quality of the award-bearing study programmes, the Registry has responsibilities over quality assurance and enhancement covering the following key areas:

  • Internal quality assurance 
     - programme and course approval, modification and monitoring; 
     - internal programme validation and mid-cycle review, etc.

  • External accreditation exercises; and

  • Collection and analysis of stakeholders’ feedback 
     - External Academic Review
     - Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) Survey 
     - New Student Survey (NSS)
     - First-Year Student Experience Survey (FYSES)
     - Graduate Exit Survey (GES)
